It was a mile stone in the company history of Eat the Ball: Our bread was available for sale at concession stands throughout CenturyLink Field during the first home game of the season for the Seattle Seahawks. So while cheering to our partner Russell Wilson, we were also happy about the start of an exciting cooperation with the Seattle Seahawks.
On Sunday, September 27th everything was set for a perfect day: the weather was good, and the Seahawks could be pleased with the visiting team at their first home game of the season. The Chicago Bears are known for a strong defense, but the offense around quarterback and Eat the Ball partner Russell Wilson used every trick in the football book and won with a well deserved 26:0.
Eat the Ball goes CenturyLink Field
Apart from the Seahawks‘ great play, our highlight was the start of a new era for Eat the Ball: Since the home game against the Chicago Bears, our bread with 100% natural ingredients is not only available at Safeway but also at CenturyLink Field. The fans’reactions were impressive – and we’re sure: it was love at first sight!
All Balls Sold Out
Before the game, Eat the Ball sandwiches were served in Touchdown City, and during the game the bread was available at numerous concession stands all over the stadium. Fans liked this new corporation so much, that we were sold out on our very first day at CenturyLink Field. WE LIKE!
All the feedback on Social Media, shows that it’s not only us who like that. The fans celebrated the Seahawks win as well as the new culinary touchdown in Seattle. Thank you, it makes us proud!
